Certainly! LINK.D products are all Paraben Free. If you need more information about which ingredients are contained in a product, please refer to our product sheets or contact us through the contact form.

The shelf life of a product after opening is indicated and visible on the packaging through the PAO symbol: an open jar icon showing the number of months the product remains valid.

All our products, before being placed on the market, are dermatologically tested by certified external laboratories.

In compliance with current European regulations on cosmetic products, which prohibit animal testing for this category, none of LINK.D cosmetic products are tested on animals.

All LINK.D products are MADE IN ITALY, as they are conceived, formulated, and produced in Italy at the manufacturing facility located at the main headquarters in Nerviano (MI).

To create an account, simply click on the “account” option in the main menu of the website, then on the “create account” link. Fill in the form fields (first name, last name, email, and password) and click the “create” button.

It is not necessary to have an account to place an order, as you can purchase products in “guest” mode. However, you will not be able to view the order in your personal area. We still recommend registering to receive exclusive offers and promotional codes just for you!

Subscribing to the newsletter is very easy, and you can do it in two ways: enter your email in the pop-up that appears when you first access the website, or register your account. This will allow you to receive discounts, promotional codes, and information about new releases and launches.

We are committed to delivering your order within 1–2 days, except during specific times of the year such as Black Friday or holidays. You can track the progress of your order through the delivery confirmation email. For more information, click here.

Orders placed through the LINK.D online shop are delivered exclusively within Italy.

Please note that cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

We use secure payment methods: when you place an order and provide your payment details, your credit card information is protected from unauthorized access through SSL-encrypted data transfer, which is not accessible to third parties.

Once the order has been placed, the customer can request an invoice from our customer service by sending an email to info@link-d.it, indicating the billing information and the order number for which the invoice is requested.
